Windows Live Messenger for iPhone Available Now … But Not Everywhere

From: 9 to 5 Mac, Mac Stories, TechCrunch, iLounge.

Windows Live Messenger for the iPhone is now available for free at the App Store, for those readers out there who use the world’s largest instant-messaging network. That’s if you have time to do so with all the iPad app munching, Twitter message sending and Facebook updating which we all seem to spend so much time on these days. 1

Chat features aside, the app allows you to upload photos directly from your device, create albums, add captions and comment on contacts’ photos. 2

People in Belgium (myself included) and other regions currently appear only able to download Microsoft’s two other applications, Seadragon and Tag Reader. 3

Windows Live Messenger also provides built-in support for Hotmail so users can read, reply to and compose e-mails and receive e-mail notifications within the application. 4
